Speedriding : mini wing on skis.

Serre Chevalier opens many possibilities to the practice of speedriding. Learn to pilot your wing in all safety. The surface of the wing will be adapted to the level of skiing and of previous free flying experience of the "speedrider". If you have never flown before, this is the perfect occasion to get hooked to the pleasures of feeling your skis lifting of the ground...   Our instructors, qualified in both skiing and paragliding will teach you all the necessary tricks for rapid progression...

SUMMER Discovery flight :

Tandem flights are the easiest way to discover our aerial activity. A few steps to inflate the wing, a short run to take-off and then make way for the magic of flying... Glide in the air, guided by your instructor and admire the scenery during this unique experience (15 to 30 min flight, depending on weather conditions). Open to all, with no age limit.

Price : 90 euros (65 euros for under 13s).

WINTER discovery flight:

Tandem discovery flight with skis, from the top of Serre Chevalier ski runs. Let yourself slide down the slope with your instructor. In a split second your wing inflates, and you find yourself sitting in the air... to enjoy a 1000 meter slide above the ski runs and the resort. 

Price : 80 euros

Action flight :

The extended version of the tandem flight. A longer flight to give you a better overview of the activity. This one hour flight will make you experience more sensations and paragliding tricks. Introduction to weather and flying conditions, flight regimes and piloting techniques...

Price : 135 euros.

Discovery day :

A whole day to get a complete overview of our activity. The tandem flight in the morning will make you discover Serre Chevalier from up in the sky. Back down on earth, your instructor will introduced you to paragliding techniques for the rest of the day on a training slope. The best way to understand how the equipment works (materials, production...), how to learn the basics of ground handling and launching... and to get briefed on weather/wind conditions and other information essential to free flying.

The aerological conditions in the Briancon area in summer and around Serre Chevalier ski area in winter are especially well adapted to mini wing flying. Become the only master on board!

 This course offers a complete package: teaching, expertise and equipment. One instructor/one student, from basic training to your pilot qualification. Learn the basics of how to fly and progress while mastering your own security. This course takes from 2 weeks to 6 months, depending on student availability and the area of practice.

Course description
You have already experienced a tandem flight and want some more... Try our tandem instructional flights, where you will no longer be a simple passenger but play an active role during your flight. Followed by a theoretical course and a solo ground handling session, this day - the first of the tailor made pilot pack - aims to make you autonomous on a known site.

In the vicinity of the ski area, you take the controls and taste the emotion of piloting your own wing.

You have always nurished the dream to fly, but need to be convinced that it is something you are able to do on your own. Try this session on skis to learn how to pilot your own wing while skiing.  The first sensations will convince you that this pleasure is unique. In permanent radio contact with your instructor you will glide with complete confidence.
